Remove blocking from LR and DT

Do thing same thing for LR and DT as was done with NN for faster loading of the page. They should all behave the same way.

No pages have the blocking UI anymore. Which url are you seeing with this?

Ah, I was have an older version running locally. Looks good on the deployed version.
