Today, the markets are up on China market and Greece deal news, but the aggregated sentiment is negative when querying on each term. I would expect it to be positive. So I think what is happening is that most market news documents contain multiple topics, so even though sentiment for China may be positive in the document, there could be other negative news which would impact overall document sentiment. You should be able to look at Infinite as an example.
