Add prefs file and different sentiment analysis

• Added a prefs file that allows configuration of different runtime parameters.
• Added a different method of computing sentiment for a doc

You can ignore whitespace changes by adding "&w=1" to the url.

The advantage of keeping it in a pref file is that you can update the value without redeploying or bouncing the server
