Scaffold

Scaffold should be able to generate the following files for new page types, in a similar (but potentially more interactive) style to the rails generate ... family of commands:

• [ ] Controller
• [ ] Model
• [ ] Blueprint
• [ ] Template

Lets start with a non-interactive mode and build the latter as an optional interface. The problem with interactive commands as the only interface is that it's impossible to compose them into other scripts, for instance if you wanted to have a series of scaffolds in a bash script to template some common patterns that might exist for multiple projects.
