Fix crash when clickling pattern listbox after all patterns deleted. #6

STR:

  1. Open program
  2. Delete *0 pattern with Remove Pattern button
  3. Click Patterns listbox
  4. Observe fatal exception

Hi I'm John, cool program guys! :)

I was wanting to make Speccy 128k music but had some crashes, here's a fix for one of them, if I see any more, I'll do a fix if it's simple ;)
