Support RFC 5545 icalendar standard #42

Replaces RiCal, an implementation of the old RFC 2445 icalendar standard which was released in 1998 with icalendar that supports the later RFC 5545 which was released in 2009.

This may improve support for the vagaries of calendar parsing, see #39 for example.
