Initial set of a11y tweaks #1

Cleaner semantics, ARIA landmarks, ARIA tab list for nav, some support fixes for screen readers, one colour contrast fix, and related CSS changes. [Still to do re the ARIA tabs: some arrow key support for the tablist nav items, possibly some moving focus to relevant tabpanel when tab selected]

OMG, it was the least important thing of all, the “//“ between the menu items. Otherwise all contrast seems good, I think, at least with what’s there in the current “bento”.
