SA-17 group will engage Snow Drift targets with more than 2 missiles at a time #29

The Snow Drift in DCS has no upper limit on missile channels for its virtual trackers, which results in each SA-17 launcher in the group firing a salvo at the intended target. This results in cases where the group will fire 4 or more interceptors at a single target, which is inefficient.

Probably the best way to address this is to add a modded version of the Snow Drift with the guidance channels value set.
