added aster 30 block 2
had to take some creative liberties because its supposed to be a 3 stage missile but afaik DCS only allows for 2 stage missiles
fixed the MLT launcher model so that the animations are for args 11-18 instead of 1-8 because arg 3 is reserved for the alarm state animation
fixed the mach speed(that came from CH's Aster 30), display name and some blk 2 stuff. Blk 2 has a lot of changed values because ED is funny and missiles stop working properly above some altitude so its a bit nerfed i guess.

Might have been a display issue, it looks like most of the whitespace is justified now.

Ok Please keep in mind though that the performance of Blk2 is not that great because ED changed some code and having SAMs go above 65000m or so no longer works. I could've fixed it by greatly increasing the maximum Mach speed but I decided against that
Yep, we've encountered the same thing with the SA-20 missiles. It was fixable for us by switching over to PN_Gain
and then cranking it up until the missile barely stays below the altitude limit before it'll escape into space with a worst case target.
Decided to fix the SA-23 launchers as well as making the SA-20 missiles not spin out Hope thats ok
Please undo the changes to the 48N6 and 48N6E2, there's already changes to those missiles in #53

I was bored So idk I wrote the code for this, the models and textures were already there
