Co-ownership of repo #159

Decide whether to create an organization, move the repo, or some other option for having multiple administrators of the repo.

141 is raising the issue of repo co-ownership again.

@markcoletti and I discussed: making a group is a really good solution. Mark has created one at https://github.com/leap-ec

Next step is to formally move the GitHub repo over to the group. If @AureumChaos does this, the commit history should come along just fine, and it should leave a link at the old repo location that redirects.

I recently pinged @AureumChaos on making this move to the leap-ec group. Sent invite to group to Jeff to facilitate this repo move, but not sure if it reached him.
