Demon turret fires outside of applicable range with Thorium #214

When loading the Demon turret up with Thorium it starts blasting at it's max range, even though Thoriums effect is less than half of its noted range. Can de activation range be decreased or the Thorium effect be increased? A Demon burns through a few hundred Thorium now before it actually hits something approaching it.

yeah, i was working on converting it to artillery, then got news that everything was being ported to java, so further work on it wont be done until the java version releases
