Gavel icon generation problem #19

Something's breaking icon generation for the Gavel making it use the Mauls icon in the menus instead.

fixed with f57ccf0170934fc530e3a5cfdb0ddb88eef7bb1c by adding the gear name to the checksum. not quite sure how that broke in the first place ...
