Not sure if it is possible. Though with a Weapon Customizer mod [ https://www.nexusmods.com/gtfo/mods/14 ] it is possible to disable any item in this menu

That's a nice idea actually and it's very much doable; I did experiment with this a bit and I already have a WIP proof of concept working locally but it needs some more refinement.
