I've tested client-side on pubs, and everything seems to be working.
The plugin hasn't changed since R6 (At least my version on Thunderstore) so I've enabled the feature for R6-Latest - no idea if it actually works for older rundowns.
This implements both DamageSync and KillIndicatorFix:
As a result of how DamageSync is implemented, the fix uses in-game enemy health to keep track of local hp. This may be problematic for other mods that use in-game health as well such as DeadBodyFix (Luckily in their case they use a separate dictionary to keep track of enemy hp).
This does not implement sentry hitmarkers as I'm not sure what standard should be used in implementing network related stuff in TheArchive (NetworkAPI from GTFOAPI can be used / a custom network patch can be made)
