FindPattern fails on drawing functions with DR 1.10 runner #32

Applies for all GRDraw* hooks. It seems there is an extra "push" instruction added in between the individual E8 opcodes. This is inconsistent with older runners and is likely to break support if the pattern is just replaced.

Fixed in the latest update.
