No Passive Buff From Spirit After Doing Ritual #36

When I was reading the book when it said I will be infused with the power of the spirit, but I don't feel like I get any passive or anything. Is it just meant to allude to being able to use talismans?

Currently there are no passive buffs. Book alludes to spirit talismans.
