Cannot select adapter #158

Do you have any idea what may have caused this bug?  Guesses are helpful!

What operating system are you running? Backtrack 5 R2? 32 or 64 bit?
Blackbuntu?

Ubuntu 15.04 LTS

What version of the wifite are you using?
version of 7 june '15

Please provide any additional information below.  A paste of the error is
very helpful!

wifite is asking what adapter I want to select for monitor mode, but if I 
select one, I get the same question

I'm getting the same issues, this time in a pwnpad from pwnieexpress
