Unable to launch after updating from v137 to v143

The program to open

Actual Behaviour

I get this error when attempting to open the program. 2023-05-29 02.17.22.log 2023-05-29 03.02.57.log 2023-05-29 11.24.53.log 2023-05-29 11.27.27.log 2023-05-29 11.27.59.log

Noticed there were similar errors being throw in my v137 log files: 2023-05-24 19.46.18.log 2023-05-29 02.15.59.log

note: I do not have a folder called a on my D drive.

Happens just opening the program.
