v248 Opens with blank UI

Expected Behaviour

The application should start up, and profiles should display, along with functionality enabling.

Actual Behaviour

The application opens with a blank, red, UI. It has no profiles, and nothing in the UI can be clicked except the eyeball at the bottom-left. The event viewer displays an application error stating:

Message: Unable to open the job object \BaseNamedObjects\WmiProviderSubSystemHostJob for query access. The calling process may not have permission to open this job. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code. The log file (not the devices log) stops at "Waiting for modules..." and never proceeds.

Reproduction steps

Install v248 Attempt to start the application. Double-click on the Taskbar icon to run it, or use the context menu. Note: The application already starts using UAC, but I attempted to specifically run as admin, just in case, with no change. Note: Attempting to exit the application results in a completely stalled UI.

Frequency

Every time, including after killing all processes, multiple times.

Previously an Issue?

No, and rolling back to v247 resolved the issue.

Can confirm that the UI is now once again functional, without having Chroma SDK installed, in v252.
