Can reproduce. Editing the color makes it work again as well
Sorry about this, I've fixed in my computer locally. This bug also breaks glitch layer but I will make new release as soon as I complete other WIP things

also still going the same for me, here's my log: 2022-05-30 16.45.44.log, my profile, and my system config (I'm using the desktop). I didn't try reinstalling Aurora yet, I will test that and update this comment.
Reinstalling, both without and with removing user data, and then importing my profile, still left the Solid Fill layer absent until edited
Sorry I've mixed up Solid Color Layer and Solid Fill layer. Fixed Solid Fill layer in the last update
