Broadcasting wishes to everyone #2

There is a small glitch that tells everyone that a wish has been granted when only one person was wishing. This only applies to the message in chat, not any actual wishes.

Example: I got a lamp and made a wish. Everyone could see the "[Genie] Your wish was granted" message, even though I was the only one making a wish.

Alright will add config option to disable.
