After creating your accounts, please proceed in following the below steps:

In the backend dashboard, hover over "Pages" in the left hand side
Select "Add New"
Once the page loads, select "edit in Elementor"
Once that page loads, you'll be able to see container blocks in the middle of the page
You'll find widget blocks on the left hand side
Add containers on the page, or drag and drop elements from the left hand side to customize your page

Note: the staging is slower typically that the production.
