When i am going to install arm9loaderhax on SafeA9LHInstaller v2.0.3 it says Error: payload_stage1.bin doesn't exist or exceeds max size (in red)

Why are you using such an old version?

The files don't go in the release folder, they go directly into the a9lh folder.
