Release merged screen-init binary #8

This isn't an issue exactly, but more so a request. I have the latest commit from somebody else's compiled binary on GBAtemp, but could you perhaps put the merged screen-init binary in a release archive? Just for those who don't know how to compile source.

Compile is not a big problem... seriously I do not know why user think it so complicated...
