Add new push notification "types" #10

As this post points out, notifications aren't really that useful for people who live in the middle latitudes, as they may be several days' drive away from a potential location.

I think it'd be a good idea to let users 'opt in' to a threeday notification. That is, when the new three day Kp forecast is obtained, send out a push notification if any of the forecasted Kp's are over their minimum.

This is still in the discussion / planning stage, so I'm not going to commit to a version, but it may make it into 1.0.0. Users can use the API or the app to get the info they need in the meantime.

And adding to this, there are also plans for additional notification types, including:

No progress has been made on this, due to other features taking priority (e.g. getting push notifications working again :smile:), but will be planned soon.

Update on this:

This is planned for the v2 API. Using a new PHP framework means I can easily add in different notification types and have them run independently.

Initially there'll be a legacy style notification system (which is what v1 currently has), but I fully intend to add more types and if funding allows, hire someone to write better notification algorithms.
