Due to an unknown issue, the app no longer appears in the launcher. Possibly an icon bug. Investigating shortly

Update: Fixed this. Turns out it was the removal of a plugin that did this. I was trying out experimental Google TV support which didn't work out. Removing the plugin that enabled this removed the lines needed to show the app in the app drawer.

Fixed in 0.9.3
