"Live" Kp and "Forecasted" Kp can be confusing #4

The "live" Kp (that is, the Kp that is NOT part of the 3 day or 27 day forecast) comes from a different source to the 3 & 27 day forecasts, so if you look at the Kp in 4 hours (in the "live" stats), then look at the 3 day forecast and count ahead 4 hours, the two values will likely be different.

This can't be fixed, as the "live" stats are calculated every 15 minutes or so, while the forecast is done every few hours. Ultimately, it's a SWPC issue.

What I can do, is make the two sources less ambiguous, by adding some text in that section, saying that one is calculated every 15 minutes, the other is a forecast and may be periodically updated.

Closing, as this has been fixed in v2 due to the 4 hour Kp forecast not being available and being replaced with the 3 hour forecast.
