Armband sprites don't appear on medical scrubs #719

As it says on the title. I attached an armband to purple medical scrubs, and the sprite of the armband didn't appear on the sprite of the scrubs.

I've discovered that the issue is not that armbands don't appear on medical scrubs. The issue is that the EMT armband does not appear on any outfit properly at all.
