Cyborg Inductive chargers do not transfer power after the loading sequence. Tested on: As both a research and medical cyborg.

Additionally, IPCs do not get recharged from a cyborg's inductive charger, despite it draining your cell either way. I can confirm this bug personally.

Inductive chargers cannot be used on mining drills, game claims they don't contain cells.
