Drone Overlays go over tables, doors, etc, when hiding. #12881

This is super minor and only applies to drones or other synthetics that can hide, not 'borgs, so that's potentially why I missed it. As for how to fix this? I can't say, but far from high priority I guess.

Drone eyes are clearly so bright that they seer through surfaces!

This is the same issue as #12700 right? (However you should keep this one instead since it is more detailed)
