Big Gamebreaking Vampire Bug #13524

a few things are wrong with Vampire, but uh. Currently, turning people into Vampire Spawn breaks a fucking LOT.

error I'm not entirely sure what happened here, but directly after me turning this Skrell into a Vampire, they lost their eyes, got stuck in feral mode, and had a big flashing error sign follow them around for the rest of the round.

Error sign indicates that an icon state is missing probably.

as an addendum to the above, probably the red eyes that hulked vampires have. since they are a skrell, the icon likely doesn't exist. unless it uses the same?

feralmoment ok so it is def something specific with feral. Because this broke as well, normal vampire, turned feral
