Copier Still Eats Papers #15824

The previous bug report was closed as resolved but today 02/13 I still had the same issue where it shows nothing in the copier but when I try to put another paper in it says there is already something inside.

Unable to remove the first paper.

Unable to replicate locally. Does this still happen?
