Noble Adhomian Clothes do not layer properly w/ accessories #15844

Steps to reproduce: 1)Select this uniform 2023-02-16 21_22_31- 2)Add an accessory of your choice, the ceremonial pelt works best for highlighting the issue 3)Behold the results as the metallic elements of the uniform overlay over any worn accessory 2023-02-16 21_10_58-Space Station 13 - Aurora Station 2023-02-16 21_10_55-Space Station 13 - Aurora Station

Expected behaviour: The same accessory worn over a basic jumpsuit that doesn't suffer from the layering issue 2023-02-16 21_27_17-Space Station 13 - Aurora Station 2023-02-16 21_27_12-Space Station 13 - Aurora Station

Unknown if this affects any other clothing. I believe the issue may stem from a prior PR adjusting the clothes in question.
