[Bug]: Canary can land in its hangar halfway across the system map

Describe the issue

I was parked on a Tarwa ship, about to leave, and noticed that I could land on the Horizon instead of going to open space. So naturally, to see if it worked, I did. Lo and behold, 20 tiles away from the Horizon, I was back in the Canary hangar. Wild.

How to reproduce

Go to Tarwa ship ( I have no idea if this is Tarwa exclusive ) and choose the Horizon canary hangar instead of open space. Welcome back to the Horizon. Waa.

I just attempted to reproduce it locally, both from Open Space and docked with the Tarwa Freighter far away from the Horizon and I cannot seem to reproduce it.
