Borg shift-click open/close door commands don't work anymore.

spawn as borg try to open/close doors with shift-click realize it does nothing languish in eternal despair

I have notated this issue as well. Shift-left click does not open or close doors. +1 had the issue

this is because the entire cyborg/AI interaction code with doors and APCs was omega shitcode and broke after Topic() was replaced with ui_act. fixed
