[Bug]: Barren exoplanets (at minimum) have wonky airflow #17998

Describe the issue

Barren exoplanets, and possibly other exoplanets with mineable rock, seem to have areas where you get constantly pushed over by airflow. If you travel even farther into these areas, you begin to get slammed into objects and injured. There is no apparent cause for why this happens.

Addendum: ghostchat noticed that the entire barren exoplanet had 1.2kpa of gases floating around in all outdoor areas. It's unclear whether one of the ruins was at fault for this.
