How to reproduce

Open Chat Client and enable speech to text
Talk - the message spoken is translated to text
Disable and re-enable speech to text
Talk - the message spoken is translated to text, and then duplicated
Disable/Re-enable, and then talk - this time the message appears 3 times.

i tried reproducing it with those steps locally, and i couldn't get it to work; however i have seen this happen to other people, so it's definitely a thing, there just seems to be some other thing that causes it to happen. maybe lag related[?]
