[Bug]: The chat window has broken at random

Describe the issue

The chat window randomly broke while I was playing, as displayed in the picture below, displaying only part of one message and nothing else. Restarting byond, restarting my computer, reinstalling BYOND, and clearing my cache all did nothing. The bar that displays things like ping and the settings button is also missing.

How to reproduce

I have no idea what causes this or how to reproduce it, as it happened at random after I got back from the store. All I know is that it may be restricted to the round itself, but I will have to wait and see if this is the case.

I've also experienced this bug in this same round, and another thing to note is that refreshing TGUI brings up a white box that doesn't show anything and you can only get rid of by Alt+f4ing it.

Additionally, you can type in the chat and your message will appear and flow away, showing that the game is reading something and messages are coming in, you just can't see them.

If you restart the game enough times and fancychat fails to load, then you can actually see the chat.

I can also attest that this is happening on my local instance of the game after I booted it up. I made sure it was updated to the latest PR.

Not sure if it changes the issue but the exact same final message seems to be consistent on the chat, particularly ;

This broke for me last night in cs1-dA4Y and still seems to be broken for me today on first visit to the lobby.

happened again, was ghosting last round when it happened, then next round started and its still the same message (i restarted the game and byond, still was happening)
