[Bug]: Layering/emissives bug: certain lights on deck one infecting the ship Zs #19072

I thought these were fixed, but I think they just might have specific criteria to start leaking onto the other ship z-levels (possibly traveling through the same area).

Also occurs in the warehouse. I think it's specifically lights that are on tiles located below open spaces (before accounting for pixel shifting). It feels like the game thinks that, because they're on tiles below open spaces, it should be rendered on the z-level "above" in spite of the actual fixture being out of line of sight.
