[X] I have searched the bug with a few keywords, and I confirm this bug was not yet reported.

Describe the issue
Most of the kitchens come stocked with a produce box, a freezer filled with meat and some drinks, often a Vendor for utensils. Good.
But especially critical for Unathi cuisine is you need flour to make meatballs, buns, flatbread, tortillas usw.
A lot of these locations have growing zones for Rice plants and Wheat plants
The other food stations are usually not required but a majority of compatible food requires a grinder for rice and flour
Without the Flour in those recipes most meat based meals are not producable, limiting off-ship roles to eat unseasoned meat (as salt and pepper are also lacking to make steak - as well as space spice)
Also missing for more advanced recipes is Universal Enzyme to make cheese or Soy or Soy Sauce from Soymilk and Milk provided
