[Bug]: Ghosts can eject primer from Patient Monitoring Console

Describe the issue

As a ghost observing RP, I managed to eject a patient's scan primer out of the Patient Monitoring Console in the operating room.

How to reproduce

1. Right click Patient Monitoring Console while it has a primer (from the full-body scanner) inside it
2. Click "Eject Primer" from the right-click menu
3. Watch in confusion as your incorporeal ghostly hands somehow yeet that primer right out the sconsole
