Gadpathur Crate + Crate Tweaks #19459

Adds a Gadpathur crate. It has fluff items for drip, but the base loadout is:

Xanu Rifle + Pistol + Shovel alongside the usual voidsuit. The group crate does not have the 'bonus' item some of the others have as the rifles are really good and everyone gets a melee weapon. I could add one if it's deemed needed but imo it'd be excessive.

This also reduces the cost of the 50tc crates to 35. I'm not sure why some of them were 50 as there wasn't that much difference between ones that were and weren't (NT for example just gets normal laser weapons). Eventually I'll take a look at rebalancing all of them but that's not within the scope of this PR.

It also swaps the magnum disruptor from the eri crate for advanced energy guns. They get 2 any way and no idea why they had disruptors.

The extra cost of those crates is because they have combat hardsuits for everyone. Bringing them in-line with other crates makes them objectively superior to those that only have one hardsuit. I recommend reverting that change.

Yes, you are right. I thought these were the old NT ones and uhhhh they're very much not. I've increased it to 45 (original was 50) so you can get a cheap module with it if you want. Does that seem more okay?
