Describe the issue

The dominian flak jackets still don't spawn in crates. Issue ongoing from https://github.com/Aurorastation/Aurora.3/pull/18938.

How to reproduce

Spawn as merc
Choose the imperial gear crate
You have no armor
Die to a stiff breeze
