[Bug]: Foggy Mendell Skyline turns me invisible

Describe the issue

I turned completely invisible when I walked into the clouds part of the Foggy Mendell Skyline holodeck. Standing in the rooftop area is fine. I LOOC'd and was advised to make a bug report.

How to reproduce

1. Select 'Foggy Mendell Skyline' on holodeck controls
2. Walk into the clouds bit of the holodeck
3. Disapeer
