Falerio Loadout Additions #19528

Adds a bunch of Falerio uniform things for human lore. A lot of files and I'm new to this, so pray for me.

My bookkeeping isn't the best so let me know if/when things need to be moved around.

Remove these uniforms from the loadout. This is a decision I took because I don't want to see further balkanization of corporate identity on the ship. Zavodskoi (and monolithic megacorps like Idris, Hephaestus, etc) has specific colours and a specific identity that I want to keep, people should be saying "I work for Zavodskoi" not "I work for Falerio", and anything that encourages that is not something I want.

Have you let human lore know? Not sure what that'll mean for their additions
