[X] I have searched the bug with a few keywords, and I confirm this bug was not yet reported.

Describe the issue
Find a good angle, the bug works by exploiting the bounce off the rim mechanic, you have to throw the object at the correct angle so it bounces off the disposal unit and lands one tile away from the Disposal unit, which can be on the other side of a solid barrier such as a window.
How to reproduce
I tested it in the medical lobby, you have to stand right in front of the door where the paramedic is in the picture and click throw where the red dot is, I tested with the water cooler cup and that's where it landed.
