[Bug]: Rep roles can't choose flash-protectives in loadout

Describe the issue

Consular officers, corporate representatives, and diplomatic aides cannot choose the flash-protective sunglasses in the loadout, despite spawning with a variant of them as apart of their job gear.

How to reproduce

Choose either of these three jobs.
Go into loadout selection.
Look at the flash-protective sunglasses you can't select.
