Describe the issue
At the top of Research and Development, just west of the conference room, a pre-made machine blueprint sits in the top-right corner of the room. This blueprint cannot be completed by hand, cannot be wired, and generally cannot be interacted with beyond spinning its direction.
How to reproduce
Enter R&D and find the machine blueprint.
Attempt to interact with it and observe that you cannot.
