Added the ability for revolvers to fire from storage slots, like their IRL counterparts; ensure the safety is off and drag-drop the icon to do so.

MD to see if we want that and if any (and what) measures need to be taken to balance that.

Sorry, but this is not wanted due to balance considerations. We don't want "invisible weapons" to be a thing since the first shot advantage in SS13 is a big factor in game balance.
