Describe the issue

Partially filled tanks on IV drips have a broken sprite, with the bar offset to the left slightly. Specifically, this occurred with a tank at just above 900 kPa. It also flickered slightly to the left and right.

How to reproduce

1. Partially fill air tank
2. Put air tank on IV
3. Notice broken/flickering sprite.
